We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. If you believe there is a defect with the product, please contact customer service. All unopened and unused products are eligible for exchanges up to 5 days of receipt of product. For purchases made through our retailers, a return must be accompanied by a proof-of-purchase along with the item to be returned or exchanged.
